La Baule 360 honored in Dubai: Frenchman Hervé Heully, CEO of NEW3S, wins the Burj Innovation Award for his 3V.World engine

On November 24, 2025, in Dubai, French entrepreneur Hervé Heully, founder and CEO of NEW3S, received the Burj Innovation Award at the 8th edition of the Burj CEO Awards, often referred to as the “Oscars of the business world.”

The Arabic word “burj” primarily means ‘tower’ in the architectural sense (tower, fortification, skyscraper) and, by extension, “astrological sign/constellation,” with a central idea of height, visibility, and prominent position. In the context of the Burj CEO Awards and the Burj Innovation Award, this term therefore serves as a metaphor for the elevation, global visibility, and excellence of those who are honored, rather than a simple geographical or marketing label.

Invited as the first Delegate and speaker of the event,

Hervé Heully, CEO of New3S, was first honored prior to the ceremony with a medal for his role as Delegate and for the scope of his presentation on the theme #Dubai2030, before receiving the Burj Innovation Award that same evening.

This new web should make it possible to explore places, cities, bays such as Le Pouliguen/La Baule (voted one of the most beautiful bays in the world) or neighborhoods, territories, etc., while controlling what is visible, traceable, or invisible to third parties.

This post-AI approach aims to create an internet where the power of algorithms does not come at the expense of individual freedoms.
